What is the spiritual meaning behind Burping?
If you are in your spiritual journey then you might have noticed that you have started to burp a lot. You might find it odd when this happens at an unexpected time. Like you are burping after talking, or while doing any physical activity or any random time or task. Your friends and family might be teasing you for your unusual burping habit. So why is it happening?
Now don’t confuse it with acidity because acidity creates discomfort in your body while burping simply clears the energy centers in your body and makes you feel more energetic.

The Spiritual reason why you are burping a lot is because you are raising your frequency at a higher level. You are energetically raising your energetic levels from survival-based frequency to creator frequency. And yes it’s a good sign.

The human body consists of 7 major chakras in our body. The first three chakras represent survival-based energetic centers while the other four are for creator energy. When we raise our energy from the first three centers ( Root chakra, sacral chakra, and solar plexus) to the heart center, that’s when we step into our creative source or God’s energy. Burping signifies that we have moved our energy from lower energy centers to upper centers.
How to raise your frequency?
When you return your attention to the present moment or when you accept what is, you rise above mind-based problems and return to your true power which eventually results in raised frequency.

When we return our attention from the past and future to the present moment, we raise our frequency because now we are not trying to change the past nor trying to predict the future. Both actions are futile because neither the future nor the past exist. Thus when we return our attention to the present moment we start to create more.

Yoga also helps in raising your frequency as when you practice asanas you invest your attention in that particular area of your body. And wherever your attention goes energy flows. Thus it helps you bring more presence to your body. When we get out of our heads and into our bodies there is a burst of energy, this energy now can be used to create or manifest more in our lives.
Walk in nature
A few minutes walk in nature helps one bring their attention back from their mind into the present moment. A shift in scenery helps you to broaden your perspective about life and who’s better than nature to teach us that lesson.
