How to Raise your Vibration & Change your Life

Everything is energy, you, me, and all that surrounds us are made up of energy. This energy is also known as vibration or frequency. So when we are feeling happy, joyful, or excited, we are in a high vibrational state. On the other hand, when we are feeling sad, angry, or guilty, it means we are in a low vibrational state of being. Now if you’re aware of the law of attraction then you might know that to create something you desire, you should be in a high vibrational state of being. You’ve to become that person before your manifestation arrives and the only way to do so is by raising your frequency or vibration.

To become a conscious creator of our reality, it is important that we know where our energy lies. It lies wherever our attention is.
For example, if you complain a lot about your life or you’re angry about everything. Chances are you’re going to attract the same reality over and over again. To manifest a new reality, you’ve to become greater than yourself. In short, you’ve to raise your vibration. Let’s know how.

Raise your Vibration with Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of withdrawing your attention from the past and the future and returning your attention to the present moment. When we are thinking of the past and future we are giving away our energy to something that doesn’t exist. But when we are in the present moment that’s when manifestation starts to work. You might have observed that you’ve been following every manifestation practice but still, you don’t see any result. The reason is that your energy is stuck in the past and future ( you’re fighting or resisting your reality thus it lowers your vibration). But when you return your attention to the present moment ( you accept what is and raise your vibration) now you’ve got an abundance of energy to create something new.

Sit with low vibration

I know it is going to sound weird to many but it’s a fact that the more you try to resist feeling low, the more these low vibrational thoughts and emotions are going to arise. So the simple and the most important step to raise your vibration is to sit with these low vibrational thoughts and feelings. Don’t judge or try to justify why you’re having them. Simply sit there in silence and accept them. With your heart open let them come and Go. Soon, low vibration will dissolve itself.

Gratitude

Practice the habit of a grateful mind and heart. Start your day with gratitude. Before you open your eyes, say- I’m so happy and grateful to have this amazing day, I’m so happy and grateful that I had such an amazing sleep, I’m so happy and grateful that my body is well-rested, I’m so happy and grateful to receive abundance of opportunities to grow in my life, I’m so happy and grateful that my business is blooming, I’m so happy and grateful that I feel so good today and so on. The list can go on and on. The moment you show gratitude toward life, you shift your frequency and start to create things more to be grateful for. Why? Because life is responding to us. Whatever level we are vibrating at, we create that in our life.

Bath with intention

Make bathing a ritual. You can charge your water with positive vibration. Like- This water is going to clear out the old energy and raise my frequency, this water is going to heal my body, etc. Water holds memory thus the effects of your positive vibrations are going to be instant in our life.

Meditation

Meditation also helps a lot to raise your vibration. Honestly, it’s my favorite one. Whenever I get distracted and lose my anchor, I will go for meditation. If you have an anxious mind like mine then I highly recommend you add a guided meditation to your practice.

Stay in your body

You can return to the present moment by returning your attention to your body. Start with yoga or even dancing. In yoga, various breathing practices can help in calming your nervous system and boosting your mood. These breathing practices bring you in now and raise your vibration.
Bonus: Yoga also helps in opening your chakras.

To raise your vibration, you need to accept what your reality holds right at this moment, and then from that state of being you’re going to write what you want.
